Voler Haut Aviation is an independent aircraft asset management and technical services firm. We work with aircraft owners, lessors, and operators across the aircraft full lifecycle - lease transitions, continuing airworthiness, asset monitoring, and appraisal.
We are a Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority (BCAA) approved CAMO, authorized to manage Airbus A330 Series, A320 Family, and ATR 72 Series, and are also accepted by 2-REG as Technical Coordinators.
Our team comprises experienced aircraft engineers with hands-on backgrounds in line and base maintenance, deliveries, redeliveries, inspections, and transitions across multiple jurisdictions. We bring working knowledge of lease contracts, technical clause negotiations, maintenance cost exposure, and aircraft financing frameworks including the practical implications of the Cape Town Convention.

What Are Maintenance Reserves?
When an aircraft is leased, the responsibility for maintaining it sits with the lessee. But the financial exposure of major maintenance events sits with the asset. Maintenance reserves exist to bridge that gap.
MR Claim Management: What It Is and Why It Matters
When a qualifying maintenance event occurs on a leased aircraft, the lessee carries out the work and submits a claim against the reserve fund. Processing that claim accurately and fairly is what MR claim management is about.
